Tours and Applications

We’d love to see you! Schedule a tour online, call our leasing team, or stop by for a walk-in visit. However you choose to connect, we’ll be excited to show you our available apartments and vibrant community spaces. 

We’re excited to welcome you home! To get started, visit our floor plans page and choose the layout that fits your lifestyle. Next, click ‘Check Availability’ to select your preferred unit and move-in date. From there, hit ‘Lease Now’ to begin your online application. And if you ever need help, our friendly leasing team is just a call away.

To apply for an apartment at Cavalry at Liberty Hill, you’ll need a valid driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID, along with one of the following: A Social Security number, I-94 Arrival-Departure Record, Permanent Resident Card, Employment Authorization Card, or other approved documentation.

In addition, applicants must show two months of stable, verifiable employment. If you’re not able to provide this documentation, you can still qualify by meeting income, credit, and criminal criteria, or by providing an additional deposit or guarantor. For full-time students, simply provide proof of school enrollment and either an additional deposit or a guarantor.

If you have any questions or need clarification on any documentation, our leasing team can guide you through the process and help you complete your application.

At Cavalry at Liberty Hill, residents need a verifiable income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent after any concessions or incentives. If you do not meet that on your own, you can still qualify with a guarantor who earns at least five (5) times the rent.

Lease terms range from 8 to 15 months, giving you flexibility to choose what works best for your lifestyle.

Subleasing is not available at Cavalry at Liberty Hill.

Yes. All residents are required to carry renter’s insurance with a minimum of $300,000 liability coverage. You can also meet this requirement through ResidentShield Management, Inc., by adding a monthly fee to your rent. For exact pricing, contact our leasing team, who will be happy to provide that information. 

We’re thrilled you’re considering staying! Renewal letters are sent 75 days prior to your lease expiration, outlining your options and terms so you can continue enjoying life at The Holston. Our leasing team is always ready to answer questions and make the process simple.

At Cavalry at Liberty Hill, we proudly support the essential workforce that keeps our community strong. Through our Essential Housing Program affordable rates for qualifying households earning less than 60% to 80% of the area’s median income. Yes. The application fee is $75 per person. 

If you need to break your lease, a buyout fee equal to two months’ rent plus any concessions you received will apply. 

We require a 60-day notice if you plan to move out, so we can help make your transition smooth. 

On move-out day, all your belongings should be removed to avoid additional charges. You can schedule a final walkthrough with our leasing staff to review any potential charges. After returning your keys, we’ll process your move-out and any final utility bills. You’ll receive a statement of any remaining fees by email, which must be paid within 30 days to avoid collections. 

Refunds usually take 30 to 60 days and will be sent via check to the address on your application. If you need it sent elsewhere, just let our leasing team know. 

Fees and Payments

Security deposits vary by floor plan:

  • 1 Bedroom: $1,000
  • 2 Bedroom: $1,500
  • 3 Bedroom: $2,000

A deposit waiver option is also available for $25/month (non-refundable), covering up to $750 in lieu of a traditional deposit. The deposit is due on or before your move-in day. Our leasing team is happy to guide you through the process.

Utilities are not included in the rent and vary based on personal usage. Electricity is billed through the energy company and paid directly to them monthly. Water and sewer charges are usually received about 60 days in arrears and are paid through your rental portal.
There are a two additional standard monthly fees: a $23 trash and $7 pest fee that are billed monthly.

Spectrum is the primary internet service provider for our community. 

Rent can be paid easily through our online resident portal, available on our website. We also offer payments through the Bilt platform, which lets you earn points and rewards while paying your rent.

Parking

Open parking is available at no cost. Garage parking is available for $150/month. Carports are not offered at this time. 

There are no restrictions, so your guests are always welcome.

EV charging stations are currently in development. More details will be shared as they become available!

Maintenance and Requests

Need something fixed? Just submit a maintenance request through our resident portal, and our team will take care of it.

We usually respond to standard requests within 24-48 hours. For urgent issues, emergency maintenance is available 24/7. Residents can call 737-275-7888 for assistance. 

Pets

Yes! We are proud to offer pet-friendly apartments in Georgetown, TX designed with both pets and their owners in mind. Apartment homes also feature private balconies, giving pets and owners additional space to relax and enjoy the fresh air. 

Yes, there’s a $300 refundable deposit per pet, a $300 non-refundable pet fee, and a $25 monthly pet fee for each pet. 

For safety reasons, certain breeds are restricted, including Pit Bulls, American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Akita, Wolf Hybrids, Chows, and Presa Canarios. Household fish, reptiles, and small gerbils like hamsters are allowed. 

We offer a fun amenity we like to call the Bark Park! The Bark Park is a dog and pet area located near the Southeast corner of the community.

Yes! Every apartment comes with an energy-efficient washer and dryer for your convenience. 

Absolutely. Bike storage is available in our secured location for $20/month. 

Yes, our building is fully equipped with Spectrum Internet, so you’ll have fast, reliable internet throughout your apartment. 

Packages are delivered directly to your front door by the carrier for added convenience. 

We don’t have furnished apartments, but we’re happy to connect you with Cort, a trusted furniture rental and sales company, to help make your new home move-in ready. 

Community and Lifestyle

Yes! Cavalry at Liberty Hill hosts monthly resident events and fun activities designed to help you connect with your neighbors. We’ll keep you informed about upcoming events so you can join in whenever they fit your schedule. 

To ensure an enjoyable environment for all, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.

We are a non-smoking community. Smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of the building to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents.
